Winters on the North Shore could be considered the apex of surf. Whether it’s surfing as a sport, surfing as a lifestyle, the surf industry, or even surfboards, the North Shore of Oahu works as the nucleus of surfing from December to February. Dubbed the 7 mile miracle, this is the pinnacle proving ground for athletes, brands, and even products (think board short testing, accessories like fins and leashes, surfboard designs). This winter, our marketing guy hopped on a flight to kick it with the boys over on Oahu. Armed with some new board shorts, surfboards of his own, a couple tees and wovens to pass out, and his trusty laptop for when work called, the stage was set. In this particular video, he linked with Bash Mendes, Kainalu Mccormick, Kainalu Nichols, Kielan Jardini, Jose Morales, and Mikel Kauffmann to have them test our latest batch of board shorts.
