At IPD, we don’t just make clothes — we make gear that reflects a way of life. Our ambassadors? They’re not here to play it safe. They’re charging barrels, carving bowls, and doing it all in IPD tees and board shorts that are built for the lifestyle they lead. From the North Shore to back-alley street spots, this crew isn’t just wearing the brand — they are the brand.
With over 75 surfers and skaters repping IPD across the globe, our roster is packed with individuality, grit, and real-deal talent. Here’s a look at the people keeping the stoke alive — and keeping our tees and board shorts in constant motion.
🌊 Surfing Ambassadors: Saltwater-Fueled and Tee-Wearing Legends
Surfing is the heartbeat of IPD. Our surf ambassadors come from the places where waves are part of the daily rhythm — and you’ll usually find them pulling on a sun-faded IPD t-shirt after a long session.
Hawaii
Hawaii doesn’t mess around when it comes to surf, and neither do the IPD riders holding it down on the islands. Kainalu Nichols, Jae Wood, and Keanu Dumaoal-Da Silva are doing damage on Oahu. Maui’s Dante Silva brings power and grace, and Kauai’s Idren Sardinha lives for heavy drops and deep tubes. You’ll catch all of them post-surf in one of our breathable cotton tees or drying off in a pair of quick-dry board shorts built for island life.
Mainland USA
Our mainland crew has that edge, and they carry it from break to boardwalk. Corbin Akers and Campbell Hogan are East Coast standouts from Florida, and Thomas Bruce and Cruz Lancaster are repping North Carolina’s underrated scene. Out West, Sebastian “Bash” Mendes is blending laid-back California style with explosive surfing. When Bash’s board is on the sand, he’s rocking a graphic tee and board shorts like he’s born in them — because he pretty much was.
International Waters
Jose Morales in Puerto Rico, Fran Coronado in Costa Rica, and Jason McLean in Australia are all shredding warm water waves in our go-to board shorts. When the surf slows down, they’re throwing on IPD tees that feel just as good around town as they do on the way to the beach.
🛹 Skate Ambassadors: T-Shirts, Tricks, and True Grit
While our roots are in the ocean, our skate crew brings IPD style to the streets. These skaters live in our tees — breathable, durable, and ready to take a slam — and they’re not afraid to rip in board shorts, either. For them, it’s all about expression, progression, and getting after it whether the cameras are rolling or not.
They’re out there filming lines, dodging traffic, and building community, all while rocking the same gear they wear in their everyday lives. Skate tested, curb approved.
👊 Meet Sebastian “Bash” Mendes
Let’s take a second to shout out our guy Bash. From Agoura Hills, CA, Bash is a goofy-footed charger with next-level style. His backhand is a thing of beauty, and his attitude is straight-up golden. When he’s not in the water, you’ll find him cruising around in his favorite IPD t-shirt, always with a fresh pair of board shorts stashed in his pack — just in case the tide turns.
Trip essentials for Bash? Chapstick, his pillow, and Faceplant board shorts. Favorite wave? Teahupo’o, no question. This kid’s the future, and he’s doing it his way — with IPD on his back and salt in his veins.
🤝 More Than Ambassadors — They’re Family
We don’t pick ambassadors based on contest wins or follower counts. We look for people who live it. The ones who pull on an IPD tee because they love it, not because someone paid them to. The ones waxing up at dawn, fixing a snapped fin with duct tape, or filming a buddy’s line for the third time because the light hit just right.
Our tees and board shorts are tested in the wild — in real sessions, real wipeouts, and real adventures. That’s what keeps us dialed in to what works and what doesn’t. And that’s why we collaborate closely with our team — their ideas, their feedback, their stories? They’re woven into every stitch of every product.
🌀 Built for the Culture
IPD isn’t a trend. It’s a movement. Our ambassadors aren’t here to sell — they’re here to show. Show that surfing and skating aren’t about clout, they’re about connection. They’re about showing up for your crew, progressing your craft, and doing it all in a tee and board shorts that feel like a second skin.
From concrete to coastline, this family of riders is keeping things raw and real. Our t-shirts and board shorts are just the uniform — the attitude, that’s all them.
Wanna roll with us? Throw on an IPD tee, grab your favorite board shorts, and come ride. This isn’t just surf and skate — this is culture. And we’re just getting started.
