Just like we make our yearly recap video, we like to break down our top five(ish) styles we made and put out into the market last year. 2024 was filled with our classic IPD tees, board shorts, shirts, fleece, and headwear silhouettes with some updated bells and whistles and definitely new graphic updates. All over prints on the boardies, front back hits on the tees, florals for the shirts. And in terms of brand new, a beanie style, many more 20” options in boardies, and brand new jackets we think you’ll dig. Troop or Landlocked 20” Camo Board Shorts
20” is the new wave. Trust us. We made the 22” inch board short in the past. Some loved them, some thought they were OK. We will always make the 16” and 18” board shorts, but believe it or not everyone doesn’t dig the shorter board short deal. 20” stokes out the people who loved the 22” and also caters to the 18”-ers. The extra length is really nice when you’re on a long surf trip. It keeps your knees covered on duck dives and gives you a little more coverage on those legs.
One of our best selling styles and a look everyone can appreciate, the Chase B100 blends a classic solid coloring with a striped side seam, all packaged together in a shorter, 16” length boardshort. Look at the Chase if you are trying to tan those thighs and wear an ultra comfy boardshort on your next vacation, surf, or dip in the pool.
Corduroy will never go out of style. We will be prepared to eat our words if the time does come that cord is over, but for now whether it’s a shirt, a short, or a pair of pants, cord = classic. This thicker cord shirt is exactly the top you need for when the temperature takes a dip but you don’t want to wear a jacket around Costa Mesa or southern california. The Pierside cord shirt is a classic style to button up, leave open, or layer under a jacket for optimal warmth and style.
Strummer Crew Neck + Tee + Hat
Ok, we get that this technically isn’t a single item. But the strummer art is a recent addition to our line that we love. You can find the graphic on top of a tee, crew fleece (the perfect weight might we add), and a black snapback lid. It’s time for a guitar solo. The strummer ensemble catches peoples eye like a solid solo catches the ear.
Everyone needs a beanie-that essential headwear piece that you can wear year round. The Gully is the perfect beanie for your next cold weather encounter. Hey, even if it’s not that cold, use the Gully beanie to tame your mop or add a bit of steeze to your kit. Goes great with a cup of coffee or a PM cocktail.
